How long are counselling sessions ?

Sessions are 50 minutes

Will I have the same time every week?

Yes, although in the case of shift workers offer some flexibility where possible

Where are the sessions?

Face to face sessions take place at the Turner Centre in Colchester, 52 North Hill, CO11PY

Is telephone or virtual counselling available?

Yes in the instance where face to face appointments are not possible i can provide telephone or online counselling.

Who do you work with?

I work with individuals aged 18 and above.
